Great Week at Taronja Both my children have been to Taronja to work on their their Spanish (my daughter four times so far) and have both made excellent progress. Then, at long last, Dad made it too! I was looking for an advanced course, which can be difficult to find in smaller schools so it was great to find somewhere that can offer courses at a more demanding level, and even better, that are well taught. All this was backed up with daily printouts of the topics and new vocabulary that arose as we went along. Plenty of great extracurricular laid on outside the formal teaching. Inevitably this was better suited for those a wee bit younger than myself but my two (18 and 21) had an absolute ball! I opted to stay with a Spanish family and was very lucky to be assigned someone who was not only great company but who upon discovering it was my birthday, even laid on a birthday party for me!

Did a week here as part of my trip around España in November 2019. This was a very good experience. It is true what people say about this place, it is more than just a Language school, it is a full immersion trip into Spanish culture.
I very much enjoyed my time here and met some proper tidy folks. my only problem was that i couldn't spend a 2nd week here due to timings. Because of this, i feel i missed out on a lot of the extra activities due to the zig zag schedule and not being present for the switch-round in the 2nd week.
All in all though this was excellent and well worth the money. a 2nd trip is definitely on the cards for 2020 for at least 2-3 weeks. Tengo que volver a Valencia pronto!!!

Dear Taronja, Allow me to express my gratitude to you all. This last month has been a quiet a journey for me and I am grateful to learn and grow alongside incredible souls. A huge thank you to all my teachers and the whole team at Taronja for your dedication and commitment. To my teachers, I know I have not been the easiest student but you guys are awesome. Thank you for your patience, encouragement and guidance ( especially Nestor & Micaela 🤍 ). I am going back home more bold and I will definitely continue to work on my Spanish skills. To my fellow students, you are definitely at the right school. It was pleasant to meet some of you and enjoy your stay in Valencia. Thank you Jenny and Andres for making my classes possible. The school is fantastic. The way of teaching is very creative! They keep your attention for the whole time you are in the class. For me it was 4 weeks, I'm 63 years old, I think 3 would have been better. You get lots of information. So the last week I was very very tired. There are nice activities and they are open for activities ask for by the students. Young and old is spread out over all the class rooms. It is very easy to get in contact with the younger people. I would like to do it again. València is the best city ever. Big, compact, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful to bike around. There are beautiful bike pads and people in cars take care of you when you are on a bike. Hasta luego!!!!

It's a verynice place, the teachers are professional and the rest of the staff very competent and helpful. You can enroll in many different types of courses and additionally choose some extra private classes or conversations. The advantage of this school is that they have groups at every level - even if your spanish is advanced you will find a group for you. Every week there are also some extra activities which involve city walks, cultre classes, local parties, etc. You won't regret the time spent in this school.

Learning Spanish in taronja was one of the best decisions of my life. I met a lot of great people and made new friends from different countries. I had the curso intensivo and conversation. This allowed me to improve my spanish considerably. We also had interesting activities every day. There was also plenty of nightlife. I can only recommend taronja to anyone who wants to improve their spanish skills and simply have an unforgettable time! Thank you very much !

I love this school! During my seven weeks at Taronja I’ve learned a lot (I hope I’ll remember all those verbos irregulares!). The lessons were very well organized, easy to understand and highly communicative, so even with my basic level of Spanish I could participate in all discussions and do the tasks. The teachers and the staff are great: young, friendly, creative and ready to help with everything! Most of the students are under 30, but there are a lot of learners over 45-50 like me, so I felt absolutely comfortable. We really had fun together at different events and activities, organized by the school every week: parties, excursions, dancing and cooking masterclasses or just picnics in the park. Valencia is a great place to visit and Taronja is the right place to study Spanish there!
