Cuando + indicativo, cuando + subjuntivo

En esta lección de español os queremos explicar las diferencias entre las estructuras «cuando + indicativo» y «cuando + subjuntivo». 1. usamos CUANDO + INDICATIVE para hablar de una acción o rutina que no es en el futuro. Por ejemplo: Cuando toco la guitarra, soy feliz / Cuando iba a la escuela, veía a mis amigos. 2. Usamos CUANDO + SUBJUNTIVO para hablar de acciones en el futuro: Por ejemplo: Cuando tenga dinero, me compraré una casa grande / Cuando cumplas 18 años te compraré una moto.

Diferencias entre «allá», «haya», «halla»

«Allá», «haya», «halla», seguramente has oído estas palabras que tienen significados completamente diferentes. En esta lección te explicamos las diferencias. De estas tres palabras, “allá” es la más fácil de distinguir, por su grafía que lleva una tilde, y su pronunciación aguda. Sin embargo, “halla” y “haya”, son palabras que la mayoría de hispanohablantes pronuncian igual.  Vamos a conocer estas tres palabras un poco mejor.  “HALLA” Es una forma del verbo «hallar”, que significa encontrar a alguien o algo. Descubrir una verdad o entender una cosa después de pensar y reflexionar sobre ella.  Equivale a la tercera persona de singular del presente indicativo y a la segunda persona de singular del modo imperativo. El verbo “hallar” también se puede encontrar muchas veces en su forma reflexiva “hallarse” (equivalente a encontrarse). Presente de indicativo (yo) hallo (tú) hallas (él) halla (nosotros) hallamos (vosotros) halláis (ellos) hallan Imperativo (tú) halla (él / ella )halle (nosotros) hallemos (vosotros) hallad (ellos) hallen Ejemplos: Ella siempre halla la manera de escaparse de los problemas / Ella siempre encuentra la manera de escaparse de los problemas.  Me hallo en medio de un bosque muy especial / Me encuentro en medio de un bosque muy especial.  “HAYA” Ahora se trata de una forma de la conjugación del verbo “haber”. La primera y la tercera persona del presente de subjuntivo. Y sus principal función es aparecer como auxiliar en tiempos compuestos. Presente de subjuntivo (yo) haya (tú) hayas (él) haya (nosotros) hayamos (vosotros) hayáis (ellos) hayan Ejemplos: No creo que haya víctimas en el accidente. Cuando haya comido iré a verte.  Cuando hayas visitado a tu madre me avisas.  Cuando hayas terminado el trabajo tienes que ir a comprar.  Explíquenos lo que haya visto. Que haya paz en el mundo.  Como último apunte, “haya” puede referirse a un nombre de árbol.  Me gusta mucho el haya de tu jardín.  “ALLÁ” Es un adverbio de lugar y se emplea para indicar un lugar que está alejado de nuestra posición.  Al llevar una tilde en su forma escrita y pronunciarse de manera aguda, no es complicado distinguir la palabra “allá” en una frase. Great Week at Taronja Both my children have been to Taronja to work on their their Spanish (my daughter four times so far) and have both made excellent progress. Then, at long last, Dad made it too! I was looking for an advanced course, which can be difficult to find in smaller schools so it was great to find somewhere that can offer courses at a more demanding level, and even better, that are well taught. All this was backed up with daily printouts of the topics and new vocabulary that arose as we went along. Plenty of great extracurricular laid on outside the formal teaching. Inevitably this was better suited for those a wee bit younger than myself but my two (18 and 21) had an absolute ball! I opted to stay with a Spanish family and was very lucky to be assigned someone who was not only great company but who upon discovering it was my birthday, even laid on a birthday party for me!

I'm in the school since 3 weeks to learn spanish and I know that when I'm ready with the courses in 2 months, i can live here in Valencia with out much problems to speak the language. The course with the changing times and teachers is very cool. Also with the activities in the evenings. It's a school where it is fun to learn..!!

I spent 3 months at the Taronja School and had the best time ever! I started from scratch but the school and its methods taught me Spanish very well. You can make a lot of friends through the activities and experience a lot of culture for a small price. I'd recommend going there for your Spanish studies as well as for the fun.

Wunderbare Schule und tolle Erfahrung! Ich war zwei Wochen in Taronja und kann die Schule nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Leser sind alle sehr gut und sympathisch, der Unterricht ist sehr interaktiv und digital und man lernt sehr viel in kurzer Zeit. Die Schule organisiert unter der Woche und am Wochenende zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten, bei denen man Spanisch übt, die Umgebung entdecken kann und viele unvergessliche Momente erlebt.

Great experience I went to this solo for 1 week. I wanted to try it first and then extend to 2 more weeks.
(when you extend you need to do it early in the week or risk all spots getting full)
Complete beginner intensive course, I was in a class of 7 people of various ages.
4 young teachers - enthusiastic and made the classes fun. When you have 4 hours (with 1 break of 20m) it's a good thing to make them fun, otherwise you will get bored and lose focus.
I can't say much about if the structure of the lessons was optimal or not, it worked for me, I was able to speak with people for a little bit after only one week without studying extra at home.
And again, they make it fun, if they just give you the top 100 verbs and conjugation for all of them and ask you to repeat them for 4 hours - it might be more effective but it would bore you to tears and you could easily do that on your own.
The best part for me was also to meet different people there from all over the world. The school has daily extra activities that you can optionally attend to and there you get to meet them.

Had a fun week learning Spanish with friendly and interesting people. There were social activities for all and I had some lovely evening s of wine a tapas organised by Sue and Melo who made sure all were welcome. Highly recommend

It's been 50 years since I went to 'school' and it was with much trepidation that I booked to go to the Taronja school. I had imagined that I would be the old man amongst youngsters in the class, but although I was the oldest there, I found we represented a good cross section of ages. The first couple of hours in class was rather difficult, but that was because I felt a long way behind the other students regarding ability. There were 2 reasons for this, firstly the first subject of the day was about regular and irregular verbs, which is, at least for me and some of the others, difficult, but I soon began to make headway thanks to the excellent teacher. Secondly, I really should have attended the previous week as well; purely my mistake when I booked online. When I look back at the week at the Taronja school and the amount I have learnt I am very impressed and I would go back for more but unfortunately it's a very long way from home and being a family man I just can't justify it but if it was within daily travelling distance I would be happy to spend many weeks there. I am considering using their online courses, but we'll see. For anybody thinking about going to the Taronja school, just do it!
