El verbo DOLER. ¿Cómo se utiliza?

El verbo doler tiene un uso particular que confunde a muchos estudiantes de español. Aquí te explicamos su uso. 

Lo principal es saber que este verbo se comporta igual que GUSTAR. Lo importante no es la persona, sino la cosa. Nos explicamos. Por ejemplo:

(A mí) ME GUSTA el chocolate / (A vosotros) OS DUELE la cabeza

(A ti) TE GUSTAN los coches / (A él) LE DUELEN los pies

(A nosotros) NO NOS GUSTA el fútbol / (A ellos) NO LES DUELE la mano

Fijaos que el verbo GUSTAR / DOLER, en estas oraciones, concuerda en número con «chocolate», «coches», «cabeza», etc.

GUSTA / chocolate

CUSTAN / coches

DUELEN / pies

DUELE / mano

Esto es porque el sujeto de la oración no somos nosotros, sino los sustantivos «chocolate», «cabeza», «pies», «mano»…

 El chocolate (me) gusta a mí

 Los chocolates (me) gustan a mí

Esperamos que os haya quedado un poquito más claro… ¡Y que no os duela nada!

Learning Spanish, Culture, and so much more I spent one week at Taronja School, studying A1 Spanish and would go back in a heartbeat💕. The small classes were very engaging, and teachers were enthusiastic and caring. Taronja is much more than classes though, every night they had engaging activities where you could practice Spanish with fellow classmates and explore new places all over Valencia, and beyond with the teachers and ambassadors of the school. I had so much fun and met the most wonderful people from all over the world. I am in my 50s which I think is significant because they truly treated every person like family and had a group Buena Vida for people over 27 😂 to connect and be able to do things together. I'm really looking forward to going back In the future. They also have housing at a reasonable rate if you're staying for a longer period of time . Thank you Taronja☀️💐🎉

It's not an ordinary language school, it's way more than that! If you want to feel the real Spanish atmosphere, if you want to learn, be surrounded by positive people, have fun and make new friends this is your place! Excellent school that really focuses on the community element for the students. Teachers get involved in the activities, which is a cool sight to see, as you can get to know them outside the classroom. The lessons are well done also, as each teacher brings a different style. I also love the format of the schedule, in that, the time of classes swaps daily, and so does your teacher. Keeps things fresh. Lastly, Stefano is an EXCELLENT activity coordinator! He really enjoys being around the students and is professional.

The Taronja language school in Valencia is excellent. The teaching staff - Pablo and Amia in my case, were both great: very professional but also relaxed and fun. The lessons were very interactive using a range of modern techniques. I had hoped to work on speaking and the classes Achieved that. Taronja is highly recommended snd Valencia provides a beautiful setting, with culture, history and the coast. I look forward to returning

much more than a school Die Schule ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an rundum wohl. Die Gestaltung der Räume hat mich sehr angesprochen. Alle Mitarbeiter machten einen sehr zufriedenen Eindruck und der Ablauf war sehr gut organisiert. Mein Lernerfolg war nach zwei Wochen höher als in einer vergleichbaren Schule. Die Leher und Lehrerinnen waren engagiert und jeder konnte seine Talente mit einbringen. Sie arbeiten nicht mit einem Arbeitsbuch sondern haben ein eigenes Konzept und eigene Skripte. Neben dem Unterricht wurden tolle Aktivitäten angeboten. Ich komme wieder.

After being with Taronja for a couple of years now online I decided to take the plunge and do their immersion course in Valencia, which, for a 54 year old, filled me with apprehension !! I have to say it’s one of the best things I’ve done to progress and improve my Spanish, the schools new location was ideal situated at the edge of the old town near the Turia park. The facilities in the building and classrooms were excellent with information screens, whiteboards and air conditioning also there is great chill out space on the ground floor to relax in !! The standard of teaching was excellent with varied topics and wide ranging conversations and discussions with time taken to explain things if you weren’t quite sure or needed clarification on vocabulary or grammar. I had 4 teachers in total, including the conversational workshops, and I can’t praise them enough, they were all absolutely fantastic. I must also give special mentions to the reception and activities teams who were friendly, professional, helpful and a joy to deal with on a daily basis with nothing being too much trouble. All in all a fantastic experience one which I hope to repeat in the future.. Well done Taronja ☺️

Dear Taronja, Allow me to express my gratitude to you all. This last month has been a quiet a journey for me and I am grateful to learn and grow alongside incredible souls. A huge thank you to all my teachers and the whole team at Taronja for your dedication and commitment. To my teachers, I know I have not been the easiest student but you guys are awesome.
